Nice fresh notes of citrus fruit and cut grass. A bit of vanilla as well, but partially hidden by the slightly acid character which seems to be dominating. Nice balance, encouraging nose, even if relatively simple, at least without exuberance. The mouth is by opposition rather sophisticated, with fist clear acid fruity (green apple) notes, but still a lack at taste diversity which makes the complexity of good single malts. However, the taste is really pleasant, even if it is on another palette, it supports comparison with many single malts whiskies. The finish is pleasant, lingering and fruity. Nice discovery.
