Cliquer sur la carte pour afficher une carte interactive de l'Ecosse où vous pourrez cliquer sur une région pour découvrir toutes les distilleries de whisky opérant ou ayant opéré dans cette région. A partir de chacune des pages à l'intérieur du site, vous pourrez accéder directement aux données d'une distillerie donnée en cliquant sur son nom dans le menu de droite.
Il y a plus de 100 distilleries sur ces cartes régionales et chacune d'elles est décrite sur ce site personnel (et totalement indépendant de l'industrie du whisky). Ces descriptions concernent l'histoire de la distillerie, de nombreuses photos et chacun des whiskies est clairement décrit par des notes de dégustation claires et compréhensibles.
Que la distillerie soit en activité, en sommeil ou définitivement fermée, elle sera listée dans le tableau des propriétaires de distilleries.

A click on the map of Scotland on the right opens a page with a larger interactive map of Scotland where you can click on a region to see all the whisky distilleries of the area. On each page in the site, (except this one...) you can access any distillery directly by clicking on its name in the menu on the right.
There are more than 100 distilleries on the regional maps, and for each of them a description is to be found on this personal (and completely independent of the whisky industry) site. This descripton contains historical data for each distillery, along with many pictures and a for each whisky you will find comprensive tasting notes.
No matter if the distillery is active, mothballed or definitively closed, as long as its whisky remains available, it will be listed in the a table ranking the distilleries by owner .
